About Missionary Allies
Missionaries around the world invest their lives in the people and communities they serve.
They plant churches. They disciple believers. They bring hope to overlooked places. But every few years,
most are required to leave those communities and return home to raise financial support not only for personal living expenses,
but for essential ministry needs like church facilities, transportation, and training resources.
For those serving in developing nations, fundraising from afar can be especially difficult.
The interruption is costly both to the missionary and to the community they serve.
Missionary Allies removes that burden.
We strategically deploy resources to strengthen and sustain missionaries on the field. Through financial support,
mental and spiritual mentorship, and practical business training, we help create stability so missionaries can remain focused,
effective, and present in their calling.
We support those who serve so they can continue spreading the Gospel with clarity, passion, and endurance.
Missionary Allies exists to care for and equip missionaries
so they can focus fully on their calling
Our Beginning
In 2019, Russell Clark and his family met Shaina Smith during a mission trip in Africa. What began as a shared passion for missions quickly became a deeper conversation:
What if business experience could be leveraged to strengthen missionaries on the field?
In 2021, that vision sharpened. While returning from a trip to Peru, Russell and Shaina shared a layover in Lima with missionaries from Cuba and the Dominican Republic. Around a dinner table, listening to the realities of long-term ministry, a clear need emerged: missionaries often carry both the weight of their calling and the constant pressure of fundraising and financial instability.
From that conversation,
Missionary Allies began to take form
Missionary Allies was formed to bring strategic, business-minded support to global missions.
With a “bigger than business” mindset, The Builders Collective partners with Missionary Allies,
a faith-driven nonprofit
based in Moore, Oklahoma. Together, they provide missionaries with mental and spiritual care, leadership development,
business mentorship, strategic planning, and financial assistance strengthening the foundation
so missionaries can remain present and effective in the communities they serve.
How We Operate
Missionary Allies operates through strategic partnerships, structured financial oversight, and long-term relationship development with the missionaries we support. We prioritize sustainability, accountability, and measurable impact in every initiative.
